Relay point delivery fee and delivery time are estimated based on the buyer's location or chosen relay point and the location of the item being bought (seller location); both are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

After successful buyer pickup or order completion, funds are sent to your Mobile Money account or bank. Please note that payment provider deposit fees may apply.
We currently support XOF (West African CFA) and will support more as we expand in countries not using CFA (e.g. Nigeria, Ghana). The app interface is currently available in French, English, and Chinese. Support is available in these languages as well as in local African languages.

We currently support MTN Mobile Money. We will be adding support for other major mobile money providers in your country and across West Africa including Moov Money, Orange Money, Celtis Cash, and more. You will also be able to pay with Visa, Mastercard cards in the near future once we enable this.
When you make a purchase, your payment is held securely by Reeglo Market in a dedicated account. The seller only receives the money after you confirm that you've received the item and you're satisfied with it. This protects both buyers and sellers.
